Which ones ? I'm a neutral runner ( very slight supination ), swear by Mizuno's Wave Rider series for many years and wear the Wave Rider 11 and 12 on a rotating basis at the moment. I'll definitely need a new pair in 3-4 months, will probably act contrary to my usual "never change a winning team" principle and try something new, though...

Nothin wrong with nike running shoes. My last two pairs have been the air structure triax, and they've worked quite well. I've never tried the Nike Frees though....

I've been seriously busy this summer. I've mostly either been out in the field teaching class or working on my house. And, well, I have a new GF
