Black tie with white dots
White pocketsquare
Silver tiebar
(no vis: black leather belt)

Best website for learning to tie other knots than the absolute simplest one? (fat end around skinny end twice, up behind and down through the "spiral)
I mean, I think it looks fine but I should probably learn to tie a nicer knot anyway

I think your best bet is to just go youtube a video and copy it. I'd probably go with a four-in-hand or half windsor knot. Looks sharp but I'm not sure about the folding of the pocket square!

Yeah just noticed the awkward folding too, wore the jacket a few days ago and must've accidentally messed it up when I took it off then or on now
Thanks for the suggestions, half windsor looks good

My coveted blue 5 zip finally made it to 50% off at ssense. I didn't think that would happen. I had no choice but to buy.

the tie bar is just too long for that tie...or at least too long at that height. i've always been under the impression that the tie bar shouldn't reach all the way across the tie. maybe 3/4 is the sweet spot.
