What's wrong with synthetic down? It can be just as warm, thinner insulation, far more waterproof, and isn't an animal product. I have a couple of down jackets, and a Patagonia synthetic down. It's just as warm and more technical.

I'm really against man-made products and try to get away from it as much as I can.

I've only bought a pair of pants through grailed, I've often wondered how much fake stuff goes through there?

Personally I’ve seen a ton of questionable Margiela items. Tags don’t look right, the numbers are much wider or longer etc. Sometimes I think to myself damn that’s fugazy as ****....but I just scroll on down
