I like the Salomons a lot aesthetically, but nothing beats the Acronym x Nike prestos for me, when it comes to a hype-y athletic shoe. I have no idea why the resell market for the last batch is so soft, but I'm taking full advantage of it.

Air Presto is a legitimately great workout shoe. Ive taken my 1st gen Acronym pair on some decent mileage hikes both on trails and on streets/pavement with a goretex ankle gaiter from REI.

I liked those EG Hokas a lot more than I thought I would as well, though I think I'd still rather get some Salomons if I want hypey, techy sneakers.

I like some of the releases - both the yellow and then the one before that, the cool grey. Yeah, those are not like the orthopedic, Triple-S-esque sneakers I'm refering to.

Any recs for good rainy day boots? I've been using a pair of Shell Alden lace-up boots, but they feel too bulky/heavy lately.

Been thinking of those Moto chromexcel Chelsea boots

Probably not your taste but Blundstone 500s? I never gave them a second look but there's a guy I know who wears them as daily uniform with Levis, a black blazer over a t shirt and cazales eye glasses. It's incredibly good somehow.

I'm gonna get 'em

edit: Whoa, sold out everywhere?

Super cool. Hedi giving off Albert Camus vibes, and Junya looking like an average dad working in an office. Love it.
