Yes it looks like these have been made some time ago and been sitting in the box for quite a while. Can easily be solved by applying conditioner and cream and some polish on toe and heel if you like. I recently bought a pair of shoes that were made in 2014 (the date of production was written inside). Leather looked a bit hard and dull but after two thin layers of Bick4 and Saphir Pommadier they look great. The leather was really 'thirsty'.My right foot is longer by about 5mm but for some reason the right shoe seems a bit looser from the back. I'll try it again tomorrow evening. I haven't been on my feet much today. The last pic is after cream polish
