Like I said I’m not a bespoke tailor but it seems like it should be able to be fixed. You might be able to get some more expert feedback from the real tailors in this thread, or the tailoring thread.
Thanks, I posted there. Pretty disappointed given this is from an acclaimed Saville Row tailor.

Yes. This is the medium grey reverse stripe. I have never seen the blue made up. It is very different from the LL reverse stripe which I foolishly had made up with an inferior “Savile Row” house. Would love to get my hands on another length

Is it grey? It looks blue in the picture. What is the code of the fabric? How is it different to the LL reverse stripe?

Both very different. The LL reverse stripe is more of a worsted with a bit of milling. Different shade of grey.

The Minnis is a true woolen Flannel with lots of beautiful marl.

Sounds good. I've seen Minnis Flannel but don't own any garments made with it. Does it drape nicely and hold a crease reasonably well for woollen flannel?

I just got these trousers in London Lounge QUCT, an amazingly soft and heavy (600g) cavalry twill. I'm surprised to say that they feel softer than my Fox flannels.

Overall I'm happy with the fit. The hem is 21.5cm (8.5") flat and I'm wondering if I shouldn't narrow it to 20 cm. What do you think?

Thanks again for all the feedback. Here are the trousers with the updated turnout height of 5cm (~2"). Much better now.

My LL flannel (worsted) just came in from Tofani in Naples. As usual, I’m very happy with the end product (no fittings). The picture shows a bit of a wrinkle at the buttoning point but I’m not sure if that is a posture or some other issue. I’ll resolve that when I wear it again.

For those of you that have had garments made with Cresent in Milano, how did you get in touch with the sartoria?!

I would like to have a jacket made by Cresent for next winter and tried to get in touch via the contact formular on their internet page but it doesn’t seem to work. I also sent an e-mail but didn’t get a response in over a week.

I‘m not a social media fan and don’t have Insta/FB/Twitter…

Thanks in advance :)

Ah ok, damn, thanks for the information.

Do you know if he plans to come back to Italy at some point or if he'll permanently stay in Japan ?

Let's hope he'll recover soon !

I don’t want to speak for satoki, but likely permanently in Japan (Osaka). I believe he moved all of his stuff back to Japan & him & his wife moved back to Japan. But, there weren’t many details on that.

Just creates a good reason to visit Japan, I suppose.
