But that's more like midnight though, or am I wrong?

yes, but as it is linen, it appears lighter that midnight. I have several midnight wollen fabrics and this WB linen feels definitely lighter, as in veering into gray tones. Definitely nothing purple.

Already ordered the suit in 61309 😅 Looking forward to the fitting with Paone in May 👌

X-post from the dedicated thread

Catching the maestro back in London.

This is where it becomes the danger zone. 3rd/4th commissions and Kotaro-san has nailed it.The balance looking good.

Another damn navy jacket!? 😂

Saw these yesterday when I went in for my fitting, the navy jacket looks great!

Had a fitting for a vest to match my tuxedo from Kotaro.

B&Tailor MTM in brown heavy linen (360gsm)
Massive collar gap they said they will tighten- is this something easy to do?
Also thinking of going slightly wider in the lapel next time- thoughts?

Any feedback on MTM fit is welcome!

You didn’t do a 3 piece tuxedo originally? Are there times when the color could be slightly off?

Overall, looks great. I like a somewhat looser fit in the jacket, but it is up to you.

I did not, originally wore it with a cummerbund, but the fiancé isn't a fan of them. I'm not worried with a stock fabric like this from VBC, any variation will be virtually invisible.
