the blue one is great. Wish the neck was pre-August of '62 so it'd have the slab board, but it's still pretty great.

Yeah, Fiesta Finishes always has a bunch of nicely refinned early Strats for sale at around 8k.

Also, re:slab board, I don't think I would choose slab board over veneer. My 61 jazzmaster with slab board is probably my least favorite guitar I own right now. I think I'm going to set it up for slide.

the 335 is lovely, but I don't play the LP. I think it's just to say that I have a LP.

i might replace the AV Strat with a fiesta red custom shop strat that I bought in 2002. It just went through a full setup so it likely plays awesome.

i never warmed up to the Les Paul. I was a big fan of any of their hollowbodies. For a solid body, i loved my SG.

Just ordered the wah, phase royal, divided octave, and analog chorus kits from BYOC with their current 25% off sale. Super stoked to fire up my soldering iron again.

So, The Guitar Sanctuary in Texas has started a preorder list for the new Klon.

Suffice it to say, I'm on the list.

Went on a terrible pedal shopping spree this week.

Repurchased an Ibanez TS10, bought a vintage Ibanez AD-80, bought a wampler modified big chip DD-2, bought a King of Tone (I had forgotten that I even went on the waitlist) and put money down on a Klon. Ridiculous.

Everyone has a pedals phase.

For some, this becomes a recurring cycle.
