i have a swatch of the amazon green twill. it is much darker irl. way too dark for me.

More importantly, this is my first test of a collar construction that Luxire mentioned a while back: the neckband is stiffer to help the collar hold its shape, but the rest is soft. This configuration is so great that I'll be requesting it on all of my shirts (both woven and knit) from now on. This is some innovative s**t right here.

Can you please explain further and describe what exactly to request?

Yes, at least, I know they will if you order other things. If you're just ordering swatches, there'll probably be a charge. The first time I ordered from them was about 8 yrs ago and I got some hemp seeds and protein powder, which I don't think they carry anymore. This time I ordered some shirting and denim and they sent a few more swatches matching my request for natural colored shirting, ideally unbleached and undyed.

I've sent the fabric to NJ and recently used the Luxire's DHL pickup, mentioned a couple days ago by someone here.

Btw, someone complained about Luxire's pics earlier. But imo, their pics are way better than most other websites (Minnis is notoriously off, for example). Hemptraders makes some great stuff, but you really need to get swatches. Their pics are not good representation of their fabrics. For example, the shirting I ordered this fabric, which appears beige w/ heathering, but I received a plain white. And they unapologetically blamed the difficulty in taking accurate pics, which I understand generally. But imo, these where too different for that.

How does Thomas Mason Silverline compare to Grandi & Rubinelli? Thoughts?

First try with Luxire shirts. Second round is going to have the shoulder a touch wider and the arm hole a shade more accommodating.
