What are the measurements and fabric content for the suits and the CN Blazer, especially the trouser waist and length for the pants of the suits? Any other alterations?

For the CN blazer, can you list the numbers on the back of the tag or the inner fabric tag (I've got a few black CN blazers and just want to make sure this isn't one I already have).

And where on earth did you find that Versace jacket? Definitely not my style but just curious how one would come across something like that...

Total length: 99 cm


Both of them arent mine! I repeat, they are not mine. They appear to be in good condition, are from wool but I dont know about any alterations. If you want more measurements ask

As for the CN blazer:

The trousers do not, they run smaller, but the blazers fit like they should, if a little bit smaller.

I like that Helmut Lang belt. What does the buckle look like in the front?

Does the tongue go behind or in the front when fastened?

Do those Cavalli trousers have gold braid? I wish they were an S.

There are the measurements for the Roberto trousers.
Waist: 81 cm
Total length: 106 cm
Bottom leg opening: 26 cm

And yes, the have gold braid. And nice lining!

They might fit you actually, but also could be easily altered.

As for Costume National, yes it does run SMALL. A CN size 50 is more like a US 38R or a Euro 48. If you are generally a size 40, I think you'd have trouble fitting into a CN 50. (I'm a size 50 in CN but a size 38/48 in other brands like Jil Sander or Helmut Lang).

As for prices, I can't speak for the others but the CN does seem a little high. You can get the same black blazer at yoox for about $175 during the sales. On retail, they are very high ($1000+), but CN is one of those brands that never resells at anywhere near retail. I tried selling one of my NWT black CN blazers several months ago on this forum (like the one above) and it didn't even sell at $150. So, I think $350... even $250... is wishful thinking.
