English Majors? Anyone work in that field?

Good point. Top off your MA with a PhD at a big-name school. For instance, California State University doesn't offer a PhD in English, which causes residents to go to highly-esteemed UC for that. Similarly, if I were going to UTEP or UTA, I'd transfer to UT-Austin for my PhD.

I did not major in chemistry, yet I do a lot of chemistry. I guess that is bad?
