Sorry if this has been asked before, but @kevinsvindland , has the Cavour shirt sizing changed at all in recent seasons? I used to be a pretty bang-on size 42 with you guys, but with the Luxury Cotton Linen Stripe shirt from this season it feels like a fuller fit through the body and sleeves. Possibly longer sleeves too. Am I noticing correctly?

Also, anyone have any pics or reviews on the DB wool seersucker suit? I haven't gone DB in a while but that is sharp looking and could potentially work well as separates too?

The pattern has not been changed.
However, different fabrics have different margins and tolerances.

Still requesting short length jackets!
Love the house style but my shoulders are much too wide for your current lengths.
Too wide? I love my Cavour jackets, but I wouldn't mind another 0,5-0,75" width, tbh.

How slender are you, out of curiosity? I'm hardly a massive human being, but I'm barely squeezing into the shoulders of their 56.

I have the size 54 of the mockleno jacket—hands down the blazer I now wear the most out of any I own—and I wish the shoulders were 1/2" wider.
But a buddy of mine bought the Montecarlo navy blazer on my recommendation, in a size 52, and the shoulders on that are wider than my 54 mockleno! I tried his montecarlo jacket on, and the shoulders were perfect on me.
And indeed, measuring the shoulder width on my mockleno reveals they are about 1/2" narrower than the size chart indicates.
Not discounting anybody else's experience, as the shoulder width issue is indeed personal to each person's body, but in this case it seems like factory tolerance is making a big difference.

Told myself I wouldn't pick up any suits until next season when there's gonna be separate blazer / trousers but this sale was too good to pass up.
Typically wear a 48 jacket but need 50 trousers. Went with a 50 suit so that the trousers fit and hoping the extra room in the jacket just gives me a slouchy fit instead being oversized.
