Any way to shrink my feet from UK9 to UK7.5 because the outlet has more pairs of 7.5 than I can count shell, calf, suede, wow if you are a UK7.5 you can build and entire shoe and boot collection for half the cost. You lucky dogs you UK7.5 guys you won the lottery.

I was wondering the same. How to make a UK 14 fit into a 7.5.

Hey guys,

I come to share a story that happened to me. About 6 months ago a puppy came home and I decided to put Carmina. A few weeks ago, she decided that it would be a good idea to bite one of my shoes.

I sent the photo to Carmina to see if it was possible to save the shoe or repair. As the lining was damaged enough and so on, the solution was to redo the shoe. Which therefore did not sound viable.

So, last week they contacted me by instagram, telling me that they would like to help me get a new pair. Which, I thought, was a very attractive offer. I thought, if they give me a good discount, I have to take the opportunity. Also it concided that they could send them to San Francisco and I could receive them there, since they can not send directly to Mexico. The model is no longer available and it was difficult to get it done because of the times. So they told me to pick some shoes from the site and send them to me.

Truthfully, I still did not know how much it would cost until I asked Sara. For my very pleasant surprise, she told me that they liked it so much that my dog was called Carmina and the photos that I upload to the social networks that they would send them at no cost. What?!

A part of me did not think this was happening. But when I saw the DHL email that the shoes were already on the way, it was when I realized that it was really happening.

When I sent that shoe message to Carmina, I did not expect them to do anything because it was not a quality issue or something similar, but the fact that they made this decision, as a customer of the brand, leaves me with the best taste in my mouth and I will definitely keep buying from the brand.

I am extremely grateful to them and without further ado, I share some pictures of the shoes.

What a great story and experience betel! I have had very positive experiences with Carmina CS as well (no free shoes, but very accommodating nonetheless). I hope the puppy is doing well and staying away from the new shoes, which look lovely!

Carmina really shines in the loafers department. I think its one of their strenghts. They offer one of the best designs and fits in rtw.
