I am really liking these new offerings from Eidos, although I'm confused as to when they moved from making Tomb Raider video games and went into suiting.

How's the fit compared to Isaia base S? Mannequin fit looks like heavy waist suppression

Looks like 52 in Lorenzo cut = 50 in Formosa? I'd be interested in your comparison of Eidos and Formosa generally.

Great additions!

how conservative business dress is a glenplaid suit like that? Always wondered because of the pattern.

Others can probably give a better answer but - I work in finance and would never wear it to a client facing meeting. Seems too bold of a choice.

I'd consider wearing it for a normal day at the office although I'd still expect to get some looks since I barely see anything but non-solids here.

The navy herringbone looks very nice, for a more conservative suit.

Yes, Lorenzo sizing is about the same as Cantarelli, IME.

^ That's what I figured. 52 would be my size in Eidos's Tipo cut, if it worked for me, which it doesn't (although comments that they modified Tipo slightly for this season mean that I'll try it on again when I get a chance). That gun check sport coat is hard to resist, though.

I would add that the Lorenzo cut wears a little shorter in the front than measurements would indicate.

Waiting on them Buttero brown suede shaggy guys - score!!! Look so rich in pics and that's obviously without even breaking them in! Thinking of spraying them with some Tarrago nano protector when they come in. I know this post is useless without pics so in due time!

^ outfit looks nice. Deserves a better picture ! :)

We received a partial shipment of Formosa MTO sport coats. Here is David trying one on. Not a bad fit for off-the-peg!

Unbel,
What size is the coat you are trying on? Is it an L length? Also, is this is a 3 button coat rolling into 2 or a true 2 button coat?
