Collar seems fine in the first pic, unfortunate in the second.

I also see what you were talking about with the cuff - it looks fine.

On his left side (right for us) his collar is not full, seems as if the tie isn't high enough in the collar, kind of easy to miss. Easier to see if you magnify:
