it'd be douche-y if i corrected someone and told them that they need to call me "Dr i'm a dentist and you better know it before i send the union of girls wearing ugg boots after you".

A lot of bitterness here, guys.
A reunion is what you make of it. It can be a fun time or a real downer. The 10-year is usually the worst, as people are still trying to play the game they were in while in school. By the time 20 rolls around I think most have settled into their lives, one hopes somewhat satisfactorily. My 30 was really quite an enjoyable time.
There was a knock-down-drag-out fist fight at my 10 year reunion, a pretty big drug bust, a stolen car and a block-long hit-and-run!
Dress up. Put a smile on your face and go take in the show.

I'm surprised so many are opposed to a class reunion. I attended my 10 year, and found it to be pretty nice. My memory wasn't the best (I was sometimes required to rely on name tags coupled with deep concentration), but it was good seeing some of my old friends and aqquaintances.

^ Agree. I missed my 10th (some years ago) because I was moving cities or I would have attended. But don't think I'll attend the 20th, although I hear at least two of the cuter girls from back in the day are reportedly still looking good, and more importantly, have gone lesbian (not with each other).

What do you consider a real doctor? I think real doctors are those with PhD's. A medical doctor is a physician to me. If an MD can call themselves a doctor, certainly a DDS can.

A good chiropractor is hardcore, certainly higher up than a GP. They actually have to work on cadavers in chiropractor school. Not to mention the fact that they make me feel like a million bucks. There is nothing wrong with being a Dentist. Did you know that dentists are most likely to be named "Dennis"?
