I tried to place an order for the Linen MTO Trousers (s $258) but ran into several issues during the checkout. The 'add suspender button' option was 'Out of Stock', so it wouldn't complete. Tried again without buttons but with tax removed, it was SGD $241 and then wasn't eligible for the free shipping offer :( Sent a detailed message via FB the other day.
Sorry for the technical issue. Please email us [email protected] and we will sort it out for you. Thanks.

Our ready stock is running low on some sizes in dark grey but you can consider to MTO it at the same price! We are trying to get a small batch ready before the Chinese New Year end of next January but this is a floating estimate as we are packed with orders to complete before our factory takes a well deserved break for two weeks during the Chinese New Year.

Received some shirts from Yeossal, and the tags said cold wash and not to tumble dry. Can I still put it in the washer or do I have to hand wash the shirts?

We believe you referring to our Polo T?
They can be put in washer (preferably in laundry bag) but tumble dry usually heat is involved and polo might shrink and get out of shape.

Hi the mottled olive is OOS at the mill.
We will update the website once the stock is available.
You may wish to consider the mottled brown or mottled steel blue linen which are available now.

Thanks for the update. I already commissioned a pair in the mottled steel blue and mottled brown isn't my cup of tea. I will think about it

Man, the mottled olive is fantastic. It's arguably my top two favourite casual tailored trousers for the warmer months. Having owned several trousers, including other bespoke and MTM makers, this is saying a lot!

Also, for those contemplating a pair of F/W, I suggest Yeossal's mottled brown flannel. The colour depth close up is surreal. But it looks like a pure brown trouser from afar. The fabric has a great drape for its weight and wears relatively cool indoors.

I had a terrible experience with Yeossal. The measurements and details was not what I asked for. When I raised the issues with Yeossal they ignored all my emails. They were polite when helping with purchases but irresponsible when it comes to product issues.

Hi,

We may not have received or could have missed your email/ message here or on social media.
Anyhow we have dropped you a PM.

Let's handle it from there.

Best regards,

I recently made a shirt under their "easy iron wrinkle free" category, but these shirts have proven to be challenging to iron the creases out.

I typically wash them in the washer at 30 degree Celsius, then hang them dry(I do not tumble dry) before I iron them. In order for me to iron the creases out I've got to make sure that the shirt is quite damp first.

Is this expected or am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

Our easy care shirtings are 100% cotton so a small amount of water spray is still needed for ironing in order to flat out the creases after washing. This is different from 100% wrinkle free fabrics that comes with certain amount of polyester content.

So you are actually doing the right thing???

Cheers,
