Hi,

We may not have received or could have missed your email/ message here or on social media.
Anyhow we have dropped you a PM.

Let's handle it from there.

Best regards,

I doubt that. You could have replied to me on numerous channels a long time ago. I've dealt with all the problems myself already.

Hi, could you share via PM your order reference number? We will review it again.

These arrived just on my doorstep this morning!

I ordered two pairs; the Scotts in the configuration on the website, with vibram inserts, tapered heel and YSQ last.
The 2nd pair are the Thomsons in dark brown grained calf, again with with vibram inserts, tapered heel and YSQ last.

Nice sturdy boxes, with faux suede shoebags and leather strings.
The Scotts I opened first, nice classic styling but with a sleek profile. The heel and and shape of the shoe remind me of Japanese shoe-makers. Both pairs I ordered in a Y40 (7 UK), I found the Scotts to be slightly smaller than the Thomsons. The shoes are not too short however and I reckon they will stretch enough after a few wears.

The Thomsons run slightly larger (even though the last is the same) and are actually spot on in size.
The grained leather is really nice and soft. To me they strike the perfect balance between a more rugged derby in grained leather and a more sophisticated styling.

The shoe trees are pretty and it feels like a bonus to have them included in the price.

The overall impression is great, the stitching is clean and tight, so is the welting. The vibram inserts are quite thin: 0,6-0,7 mm, it might be more sensible to have a thicker vibram sole. I will give the shoes a bit of TLC and many wears (wearings?) and I will report back on how they hold up.

Oh, I ordered the brown flannel trousers, no photo's yet. The best fit I've encountered and gorgeous fabric, very impressed!

Happy Holidays

@GasparddeColigny Wow those are impressive, thanks for sharing! Can you comment on sizing compared to other brands?

Is this the dark brown or coffee calf?
Sorry to interject, thought I can share some insights. It's coffee box calf from Annonay for @beargonefishing pair. We used to call this leather dark brown in the past but as we got another darker shade from Weinheimer tannery we have since redesignate the Annonay piece as coffee color (which is also more appropriate) for the sake of clarity.

Received a pair of everyday linen chinos recently. Unlike the shirts from Yeossal, my trousers did not come with a tag to instruct how the trousers should be washed. How should they be washed and ironed?

Many thanks for an amazing year. We wish you and your family a merry festive season and a joyful year ahead!

~ Season's greetings from all of us here in Singapore at YEOSSAL
Arrived just in time for Christmas! A lovely gift from the wife. Just like the Scotts, these shoes are divine. The box is much better in quality and sturdy! Love the pull out handle. The patina is stunning. I can’t stop staring at it. These are bold enough to wear with my wedding suit! I may switch out the laces for flat ones. Looking forward to the next round of the collection and adding more Yeossal to the rotation.
