Look better than alright imo.

I pared my Dayton collection from four pairs down to two this week, sold a pair of BNIB Dayton specials for $300 shipped and a pair of BNIB W+H collabs for $450 shipped. Those eBay ones look to be in decent shape, with free shipping I think his starting bid of $405 is pretty fair if anyone's looking.

No, they're not mine, lol.

Jaja probably loves the company than anyone else in this thread. Why were you fired?

On Wednesday I spoke to Stepehen he said my boots were done and ready to shipped. I told him I need it mailed to my in laws place and he said to email him. Its Friday now and no email confirmation of the shipping. I just called him and now he says that his stiching machine is broken which prevents my boots from being finished. He is confident that it will be fixed and he will ship them out Monday. I told him at this point if I don't get an email from him by Monday I want a refund. What irks me is he is the CEO and he can't even call people back. His customer services line is pretty much non-existent at this point. I know they laid off some people but at this point I just wants my boots / money back. Feels like the company is going under or something.

Any answers? :puzzled:

^i agree. when i placed the order, stephen gave me an update to my order a month or so in that they would be ready in 2 weeks and that was through email on Oct 7. i waited a month figuring they were caught in customs or slightly delayed. now we are near 2 months past his own estimated delivery thats why ive been now contacting and hasseling them.

when i spoke to him on thurs, he apologized for the delay. excuses of staff reductions, materials harder to come by, and production delays and everything else he could make up were the reasons why these are 2 months late

RKD, what's going to be your next move? I placed replacement order a few days after your's (Sometime in September right?) and am pretty sure Steven will say the same thing to me if I call him.

Nope I was suppose to get my tracking number Yesterday - Monday. I'm going to call tomorrow and ask for a refund back. This is BS. I don't think I'm being unreasonable. I was suppose to get the remakes back in Oct. I called in Nov and he said he thought he shipped them.

Just called the 1-800 number. Michelle was there to actually pick it up. Asked to speak to Steve and she said he is enroute traveling and won't be back till next week or something. She says she understands my frustration. Anyhow she took dow my CC and is going to talk to Steve. She will revert back tomorrow - latest. If nothing can be resolved I'm getting a refund. If you guys want answers I suggest you call. Steve doesn't seem to care at this point.

someone should do a choose your own adventure diagram meme for this.

"called, my boots are shipping"-->"called back, my boots aren't made yet"-->"called back, boots are done, waiting final touches"-->"called back, they have no record of my order"
