What do you say if you receive pair of shoes like this with paying 350 pounds??

Received pair of shoes while ago.
It has several minor inconsistencies from shoe to shoe, most of them are able to recover by polishing.
But something that really clicks my nerve is leather finish.
Which I attach here....do not want to say the brand name but they are saying that this is very regualr minor cosmetic problem which they think I must accept.

Please criticize pictures for me.

Thank you.

in the areas pointed out, i probably wouldnt worry too much about it. However, if these were a higher pricepoint, id be pissed. 350 pounds is a lot of money, but wont buy perfection.
