I was informed by my bank that I did not receive a full refund for order GMNNMLECQ despite returning the 2 items received. The other 2 items from the order were never delivered. Please process this refund. I have documentation from your customer service stating they had received the undelivered items as well as the 2 items I returned. Please confirm that you have received this request.

Hello,
I made order 18042 for a 44R jacket but received the 40R. I will the 40R. I then attempted to re-purchase the 44R jacket and the 42R appeared in the confirmation (order 18136). There is an error in your ordering system. Please DO NOT deliver this - either change it to the 44R or refund me. I have emailed you about both with no reply, which is incredibly poor customer service.
