Grey Goose, rocks, and a squeeze of lime.

Later followed by an Appleton Estate 21yo rum. Don't see this often in Australia, is it more common in the States?

Hitachino Nest XH (Matured In Shocyu Sake Casks) - pours red and murky with tons of carbonation. Smells of plums and sake. Tastes sweet and oaky, finishes with strong sake notes. Pretty cool beer, flavors became accentuated when enjoyed with my homemade tuna nagiri.

Glenkinchie 12.

Grassy, lemony, with a hint of honey. Very accessible lowland scotch--a departure from my usual Islay. The nose is a bit sharp and medicinal, but the body turned from lemon grass to more of a tangerine taste cut with a faint hint of cream which develops just before swallowing. Overall, a nice before dinner single malt (if at all possible).

A nice pour of Talisker DE, trying to finish the bottle as it is way down. Not an unpleasant task.

That is a great analysis your honor, but what about this fact:

. How does that figure into your ruling?

McNeill's Pullman's Porter (22 oz.). They are out of VT and have a pretty good lineup of beers, but from what I have gathered, he is a bit of an eccentric and distribution is pretty spotty.
