What kind of detergent do you guys use? I’m having piling on tees I shouldn’t be having piling on so that’s why I’m thinking it could be my detergent.
it may be more to do with how you’re washing them. cold water, inside out, delicate cycle, hang dry?

Yup follow all of that and I just use regular ass tide pods but I got piling on another one of my heavyweight artists. I’m assuming it’s something I’m doing as no one else is having this issue.

Ready to take the dive into UniformLA, what’s the difference between heavyweight artist and heavyweight vintage crew neck?

You should get both imo. Both have their places and they are great quality and fit. I personally am not an oversized boxy tee person, but I really liked the artist tee that I got on a whim honestly

Heavyweight artist is my favorite T-shirt. Pat can attest, I tried one and then ordered a bunch right after because of how much I liked it. Any color that drops I pick up right after. Vintage definitely has its place too, I like it as a layering piece.

The Heavyweight Artist Tee and Heavyweight Vintage Crew Neck are both made of the same custom Twisted Supima/Twisted Tri-Blend fabric.

The Heavyweight Vintage Crew Neck features a refined regular fit which is an elevated/more tailored take (not necessarily slim) on a 'regular' fit tee.

The Heavyweight Artist Tee features an oversized/boxy fit. It's wider in the shoulders, chest, and body than the Heavyweight Vintage Crew Neck. It has longer sleeves and larger sleeve openings.

As @PDL24DCP said, I think there's room for both in your wardrobe. Some people prefer one over the other for their personal style and a lot of people buy both. If you're unsure, I'd grab both and try them for yourself. Currently, I believe Twisted Tri-Blend is the only Heavyweight Artist Tee with any stock.

@UNIFORMLA Would you be able to provide info regarding the flannels? Curious if it'll be something lightweight or more like an overshirt

We have both on the way. There are two styles of flannels.

One is our take on the more traditional/classic flannel silhouette. It features a more tailored fit with a chest pocket and classic rounded hem. It's the lighter of the two but is still substantial.

The other is a heavier more oversized flannel with a straight hem.

Both are made in Los Angeles from Japanese flannel.
