Slew, I'm not sure about birdseye but I do know a mill that specializes in linen which has a wide variety of designs for their linen.They have donegal and POW linens.I'll ask for you if your interested.

I'm basically out of closet space as well unfortunately! Need to get creative soon.
I think from here on out any suit I get is DB. They work much better for me comfort-wise.

That's funny, its the exact opposite for me. I feel like my ranger of movement is much more limited in DB...perhaps how I work as well as my general shape has something to do with that...I'm becoming more and more top heavy.

That donegal linen looks superb!

Slew, it's not Irish linen but rather Italian.So might be a bit lightweight.Let me double chek if they have something heavier.I personally love the donegal ones, looks fantastic and great to use in my climate.

I understand your point, but you might be obviating it here. Most, if not all, PoW suitings (as opposed to jacketings) are solid from a distance.
