Hey guys, hope you can help me out.

I am looking for a dark brown glencheck tweed jacketing 400-550 g/m.
Something like the Marling&Evans undyed wool but heavier and maybe fuzzier.
Does someone of you know of a fabric that could fit the description?

My understanding was that you want at least 13oz (400 grams) for flannels, 15oz is even better.
Personal preference. 11-12 ounce worsted flannels are my favorites. I like Drapers and Ariston flannels. They may not be considered conventional examples of flannel. Less nap but more sturdy.
Best lux flannel is Loro Piana 90 wool 10% cashmere. Holds a crease better than the heavier weights. Has a luxurious hand.
Flannel loses something when it’s too light and when it’s too heavy. Again, it’s personal preference.

Speaking of flannel (in the midst of summertime!) and entering the Italian territory, beside the above well-cited LP flannel, a similar one is Piacenza flannel: wool 90% - cashmere 10% at 300grams; worth taking a look.

Best,

Dimitris

You prefer worsted flannels over woolen?

I’d check out Lovat Kirkton and Fox Bros

I'm looking for linen in a seafoam green color. Does anyone know who offers linen in such a shade?

Thank you

If this was dark brown it might be perfect depending on pattern size.
I should've said before that I already did browse the usual merchants and a few others:
M&E, hfwltd, fox, lovat, moon, dugdale, standeven, harristweedshop, H&S, anglo-italian, harrisons...

This one is quite nice but I fear a bit too light:

LL did one like that, in the Best of Both patterns. Long sold out, but perhaps they will re-run it. The original test, in particular, is a lovely jacketing.
