I yield to your and apropos superior knowledge but it still looks like jacketing to me. Anyways, it is too bold for my taste for a suit. Let's see PG 's suit turns out to be.

That looks like jacketing to me. Are you going to get a suit made of it ?

Yes, I had a Luciano Barbera Sartoriale suit in an almost identical fabric for years that I absolutely loved, and have been looking for this fabric ever since.

Not only is it a suit, I sure hope the pic has been rotated 90 degrees.

dont know what book it is, but as its from P johnson, its not from a caccioppoli book.
check out the last swatch on http://www.foxflannel.com/tailoringbunches.php (FS625)
im pretty sure Mina doesnt carry Fox flannel, but you can buy direct from them and mina is always happy to work CMT.

if you still prefer the one from Guido's blog, have a look thru his, ethan and the p johnson tumblrs as they talk about the loro piana books and some similar designs there.

I love the worsted 10/11 ounces blue sample...

After my next 3 piece suit , I will do a 2 piece sb out of it ....

    A 6 month suit...

    Why the rotation?

I think there should generally be a vertical orientation to glen plaids.

Forgive me, but how would one judge such an orientation?
