this hormone was also responsible for Drakkar Noir in a previous generation but I wasn’t paying enough attention then to identify it.

I don't get adopting a highway. Is it just cheap advertising for local businesses?? You go out with your employees, shoot photos in Hi-vis vests and there's a blurb in the local paper. Then never acknowledge the road again. The only people I've ever seen cleaning highways are inmates from the penitentiary.
