Yeah I'd say it's on the smaller end of a 50 but still works for me with a 34" waist. And correct they've been worn a couple times and hemmed as I mentioned.

I have a navy blue Drago super 150s birdseye suit in 50L (there was a slight snag on the back of the collar, sent in to French American Reweaving and now only visible if you're within arms reach looking right at the collar, described by French American as 75% back to normal), black Drapers barathea 50R tuxedo, a gorgeous half lined blue/navy/cream guncheck Loro Piana sport coat in 50R, and a H&S ivory dupioni silk self faced shawl collar dinner jacket in 50 R as well.

$500 shipped for the navy suit, $750 for each sport coat, and $850 for the tuxedo, shipped CONUS. Can send pics via PM if anyone has any interest. Thanks!

This shirt is special, and I really like it. I've gone over my clothing budget for the season, though, and I am trying to be better at self-enforcement haha... so letting this one go.

Asking $340 (retail, minus SF discount, plus taxes), shipped in the US. Pickup in nyc also works.
