Can I get an assist on this? Found this a few weeks ago and @JohnAAG has been super helpful but we cant quite pin it down. Its selvedge, looks like limited edition 1936 Type 1 repro. But im not 100% sure. @Dirt @double00 any thoughts pretty please?

The No.2 line was the more affordable line, made with lighter weight denim, second to the XX.

Yours is from June 2000...indicated by the 0600

And no red tab would be a a repro of a year earlier than 1936. I'd guess maybe a 1928

yep. the earlier levis repros included actual 'down-market' models (the '201' jeans being another example), hence the linen patch not cow (i also remember reading that those patches are a degree of fantasy, i'm not sure they have a great record of what was actually printed on those). not sure about the missing red tab but wes nailed pretty much everything else. only thing i might add is the lighter weight denim probably more like a 9 oz very shirt like.

Yeah, I know the pocket moved upward in the late 20s, and the red tab arrived in 1936...so thought maybe it was an interim year.
