I don't understand how the pants sizing works for suits online at Suit Supply. You can pick the waist size, cuffs, belt loops, buttons, etc., but they do not tell you the inseam, and the length appears to be the same for anyone between the heights of 5'5" and 6'1". Why would you be able to pick cuffs without knowing how long the pants are? Surely someone 6'1" doesn't have the same inseam as someone 5'5". If they are going to let you customize a suit to the point where you can pick the lining, shouldn't there be a way to specify the inseam? Or am I just missing it?
You cannot specify the length. I ordered a pair with cuffs and it's way too long. Their CS suggested to visit their stores to do the ordering. Then you can give them the measurement.

Aren't these returnable? If so then it probably makes sense to keep the inseam unhemmed, because you can still re-sell at the outlet.

I agree, which is why it seems weird that you can order cuffs, when you are, in essence, just guessing that the length is correct.

Full transparency, I did my first custom order in person and have been able to apply the inseam details to my online custom orders (through help from my SA). But my understanding is that this is where a lot and I mean a lot of folks can really screw it up when it comes to putting in their measurements. They see it as a way to get a lot of returns, at least according to my SA.

If you don't live near a SuSu; frankly I don't, I am about an hour from the nearest one in Greenwich, CT and 1.5 hours from NYCs. I happen to stop at the Greenwich, CT one because I was in the area for other reasons. Any way, even if you aren't near one, it may be worth calling up one and speak to an SA. My first interaction with my SA was this way and we had initially planned to do everything via phone. When it came to inseam he asked me to take a picture of any of my SuSu trousers with measuring tape at outseam and inseam. When I did stop by; happened to be a couple of days later and before the order was put in all we did was confirm measurements.

Additionally, if you order a custom suit in store and any alterations still need to be made they are at no cost to you while if you do it online; that's on you.

Just got my custom made shirt--I used measurements from a bespoke shirt I own/plus some other MTM makers I've used (PC/Ratio). Will need to wash and dry first, but overall I'm pretty happy. Only complain so far is Extra slim forearms aren't the largest so the sleeves pull up a little even though it's not a sleeve length issue but fit is better than my PC shirts so I may be using them going forward!

Any compare and contrast photos would be helpful!
