FYI it says pre-order, but I just got an email saying they have shipped. Not sure if that is a mistake or what.

Good note, so weird. It says pre-order in like 5 different places, but somehow sizes are sold out and it says shipping March 30th.

Green Irish Tweed in the fall and winter and Green Valley (RIP) in the spring and summer. I don't know what I'll do with myself when my last 2 oz of GV runs out.

Anytime I want to try out a scent I can find a sample for $2-5 and they always have the rarest stuff like creed Windsor

What scent would you recommend for my friend who dresses like a 19th Century sailor all the time? He’d like to move on from Old Spice. (9)

I'll try to find something that's an amalgam of oceanic, mahogany, leather and pipe smoke for you.

So, assuming you've stored them properly, and aren't wearing them every day, what is the shelf life of the average fragrance?

Something with ambergris appropriate for hunting down the white whale?

Or, slightly more seriously, Yosh Sombre Negra is a nice tobacco, woody, birch tar, etc. fragrance. Might work for you

I would say probably 2 years would be the maximum.

i've heard of fragrances lasting decades with only minor changes if properly stored. I'm at about 4 years on two of mine with no noticeable change.

I’ve had some Creed Virgin Island Water stored away for like 7 years now still the same
