Vox, in your first pic of yourself, it looks like your shoes are Bostonian or something. Who actually makes them, out of curiosity?

    Prada.

    Thank you. I think.

    You're welcome. Maybe.

Damn it, I didn't even copy my IMHO worst pics on my new hard drive.
    Otherwise I would be winner.

    Search harder.

    Prada.

That's what I initially thought. From your archives?

I am going to give you a free pass since you are naturally gifted in studied eccentricity.

But barims, well done: 2 weeks has definitely been enough to commit grievous error.

Thanks. Now you know why I waited over a year to start posting

I'd like to add this to my sig, if it doesn't end up too long

Ha, it's only been 2 weeks for me, give it time

More seriously, I definitely consider this my most grievous error so far. An experiment done with the best intentions (working in light coloured cords, avoiding the usual neckwear, doing something less obvious with the waistcoated look), but a failed experiment, nonetheless:

I like everything there except the trousers. Not sure what colour would be best but I think something slimmer fitting would look better.

Yes, you must snark on yourself first.

I have confidence in you. Let's see it.

I have slimmer fitting trousers, cords included, and I'm considering shrinking those in the wash sometime. Given the material, they're less flowing than my other baggy trousers, so they end up looking a little stiff. Also, I need to take in the waist. I could have worn my slim green cords, for example, but like I said, it was an experiment. I'm glad you mostly like it, 'cause I thought I looked a little like the lovechild of Fonzworth Bentley and Russell Brand

I have a better picture wearing the cords, but it's technically ineligible for the thread and I didn't leave the house in that outfit either

You need to commit to your very worst...which one is it?

Because, it is one of the ones up there ^.

    - B

You are right! I hate all three with equal loathing but, if I must commit to one, and I know I must, then I have to go with the first one!

Hmmm...at first, I thought you were pulling a "my biggest flaw is that I try so hard," but now that I let it sink into my retinas, I have one puzzle remaining: did you choose this as your worst because (a) it makes your ass look big or (b) that jacket is a product of your iTailoring...i.e., the daring 3 roll 3 to 3 roll 2 iTailor conversion?

In either case...I salute your mistake(s).

Wise choice...the choice of the connoisseur of those things best forgotten.

The technology implied is intriguing, but best left for elaboration in another thread in the future...most likely, a dumb thread.

The more I look at that photo the more I say: What the Hell Was I Thinking!?
I like most of the elements when used in other looks but I hate that shirt. It has since been relegated to the cleaning and polishing brigade.

Doesn't look bad aside from some weird rumpling of the shirt and the rather hazardous time choice, just disatisfied with the picture itself?
