That's always what I do, but a public forum sometimes helps to pinpoint a specific problem, like this one. If I had not read about a similar problem here on the forum, I would have thought that my case is unique. Weird, but I had similar problems with my last order, as described by @Patrick George . Maybe a new, previously unknown qualitative problem has shown up?

Even if a new error creeps in, we will know it much better when we see it in emails.
