Lapel styles - advice

Hi All,

I've been trying to find out the name of the lapel style where you have a traditional tabbed or notched lapel with an extra button hole/loop on the left hand lapel, where I have seen these they have tended to be on hunting or hacking jackets. After Googling unsuccessfully, can anyone shed any light on the name of this style?

I believe the feature you're referring to is a 'throat latch'.
