I have one pair of Camberley in black. I love them.

I should have gotten City II in black. But I am not really a fan of black dress shoes......... So I went with dark brown museum calf on City II.

Get the luffield in deep blue, they are amazingly classy with a fashion twist !!!

One more thing: The new font, is seriously revolting. Have you guys seen it stamped on the insoles and the soles of the shoes? It literally looks like the fake ones on the bay.

Nope. Do you have picts of what you're talking about? I haven't bought any new model Lobbs in awhile and didn't really pay attention to this when I went by their Houston store. This new girl is really destroying the brand. All of the new models look like ****.

Anyhow I was going to get a made to order Luffield.... Possibly my last JL purchase for a while. I'm currently at 11 pairs and cant wear them all. What color should I get?

I already have two black shoes I wear from C&J but none from Lobb. Thanks.

I actually really don't like to wear black shoes. I find Plum to be a great substitute with black and honestly, it does go with almost anything because they are dark enough.

In that case then get the green misty calf. It's really dark with a slight hint of green and also goes with almost anything.
