I dunno, the griddle looks pretty cool and is only $800. I need to cook more outside and this would just enable that. Doesn't Uncle Roger also go off about needing to cook outside? Also realizing I should have done more built-in stuff when we redid our landscaping. SILThat does look like a great griddle but that's one thing the back yard chef doesn't need as a stand alone. I just put my two KJ cast iron half moon griddles on the Lynx and fire away. Also great on the KJ but I've been lazy and haven't fired it up in a few months.
