I honestly can't get ****** off the couch to do anything (other than my wife an hour ago).

Dan Patrick’s cajun wings from the traeger app + a jack fruit experiment (that needs a lot of work). I would take these wings over any traditional buffalo wing in a heart beat.

That does look like a great griddle but that's one thing the back yard chef doesn't need as a stand alone. I just put my two KJ cast iron half moon griddles on the Lynx and fire away. Also great on the KJ but I've been lazy and haven't fired it up in a few months.

I dunno, the griddle looks pretty cool and is only $800. I need to cook more outside and this would just enable that. Doesn't Uncle Roger also go off about needing to cook outside? Also realizing I should have done more built-in stuff when we redid our landscaping. SIL

Although maybe we need to finally pull the trigger on our kitchen remodel and have a built-in flat top.

This is pretty ******* great, although I do not cook mudbugs enough to justify.

Forget about justifying yet another stand alone thing, I don't have the room in the ramada storage. It already holds my Traeger, Cook Shack, and Sausage Maker smoker...plus other things like the cushions for our lawn furniture, etc.
