Anyone know if Grant Stone have ever made a comment about if they will make leather sneakers?

We will have a small collection of sneakers coming early next spring 👍

A new Edward is out today in CF Steads black waxed commander leather. Black welts and edge stain to match the upper. Available in D & E widths.

If I’m a 7EEE leo and 8E Alexander, would 9E for the Oliver work for me?

If your 8E Alexander fits you well without any pressure on the instep, the 8.5E should be full enough in the Oliver. Some customers wear the same size in the leo/alexander and oliver so going up half a size should suffice.

Day 2 of garage clean out, clean up...Gee, get a new garage beer fridge and a new garage freezer and all of a sudden the wife says we need to deep clean the entire thing......Anyway, how in the heck did I wind up with TWO pair of Saddle Tan Diesel boots, both leather sole????? Because it's always a good idea to have a backup pair of the good stuff :) ;)

I'd guess you grabbed a pair during the Black Friday sale when they said they'd be moving that model to the studded sole.
Sunday oxfords. Not the sleekest but absolutely the most comfortable.

Honestly, I far-prefer the classic lines here over the Euro-sleek, at least for most looks. Those look great to me!
It looks like they are phasing out some of their dressier styles like oxfords and cap toe boots, but maybe there's hope for EEE loafers.
I'd guess they're probably going into hibernation for a while until the world gets back to the office/etc. Stocking slow-moving stuff is probably bad for the books.
Where is everybody getting their cedar shoe trees? I'd like to buy a pair for the longwings, and to use when I brush my boots. I need to start taking care of my stuff more, especially since these can all be re-soled.
I use WoodLore Epic trees when I can get them on a Bogo or similar. I like the split-and-sprung forefoot and the round heel. Grant Stone's trees are very nice also. I dislike trees with narrow heels. I feel like they can stretch/distort the heel counter, especially if the trees are "oversized" in any way (i.e. there's a lot of tension in the tree). I'd recommend sizing down vs. up when it comes to trees. I know I used to think if I wasn't jamming them in there they weren't doing what they should, but the truth is they provide some gentle structure and some anti-fungal/anti-bacterial help while the shoe/leather "recovers" from being worn. No need for a lot of tension.

Correct on both accounts....don't like the rubber sole...
I like it enough, ESPECIALLY compared to Dainite. Overall, I do prefer leather and also the Commando sole. That said, my British Tan cap toe boots have come in VERY handy in rainy travel where I needed something that was work-friendly in the soggy mess, and my Forest Kudu pair serves a similar role for more casual do-anything stuff.

Would much prefer a commando type lug sole if have to go with a rubber sole....

Field boot looks like a nice addition. Will the "Earth" or "Dark Burgundy Kudu" be available in EEE? Also the Bison looks a good bit different than what I have on the diesel? It looks good just different.
