hey guys, just wondering if the penn shirt jackets are available online anywhere yet?

I bought the olive one "offline" on Saturday and it's one of the best EG pieces I ever owned. The fabric works well for a shirt jacket - just the right weight, and the shade of olive is just right. The other colours were good too but the olive one stands out. And the best thing, it doesn't make most of the mistakes so often see with EG these days. It's not costume-y, no comical pockets or little flaps and straps, and it has a good length, so we guys who are over 6 feet can wear it too (no offense to the XS crowd). The fabric is high count so it won't work well in more humid climates in summer. I won't be able to wear it in Tokyo from around May to October I guess.

sounds good, got one coming my way shortly...couple of questions is the colour as dark an olive in the flesh as the pics on nepethenes website? Also there's been quite a hike in it's rrp this s/s i presume fabric may be a little heavier so more a jacket than a shirt perhaps?
I had detailed sizing sent to me & the Penn does appear to be tailored in line with earlier EG items. Looking fwd to this one arriving.

We've received the rest of our buy for spring; I'll have some pictures shot up in the next couple of days but to tease, I'd say the Aero could be my favorite piece from the lot. amazing fabric, even the ribbing is buttery.

Did you get the Aero in Olive only or will you have the Khaki as well?

Does anyone have measurements for a medium or large Olive Penn Shirt Jacket? I've asked for a store to hold a medium for me, but I'm not 100% sure on the sizing. Thanks.

Shipping shouldn't be any more that $20, so you'd pay $10. That's not excessive.

I'd get your usual size. You'd only be layering it over a shirt or T.
