Not a higher price, that’s what they’re charging now for the Halifax. Maybe the lead time is shorter when ordered through the store?

Is the Ambleside the EG counterpart to the C&J Coniston? I can't swing the Coniston lasts, but I just got my first pair of EG in 9.5C on the 82 (pics to come) and it fits like a dream.
I wish my feet didn't have such expensive taste =/

I guess it's similar. Ambleside is the Kentmere without the strap

  1. Does EG manufacture a pair they offer on their website in a narrow width without any upchargeor does one need to go MTO route for that?
  2. Are there any pairs in a narrow width in their stores to try? .
My Brannock size is US12B. Do you think that EG UK11,5C on 64 last would work for me?
