I am sorry Kevin but this just isn't good enough.
You took the money from my card and I would like the goods that I purchased!
You asked people to support you during this difficult time and they did!
It is not my or anyone else fault that you can't control your stock levels.
Your offer of a refund and a 20% discount on my next purchase (despite purchasing the shoes at a 30% discount?) just isn't professional.
Why can't you order the shoes in from EG to fix your firms inadequacies or offer me a 30% discount on my next EG purchase (plus free shipping as per your current offer)

Really!!!!!

They owe you nothing. Nuff said. Go buy your EGs somewhere else. This attitude is disgusting. They're better off not taking your money.

Would Cavour consider increasing their return period? All tailors are closed in my area due to government decree, and I am uncomfortable ordering some more expensive items without discussing the fit with my tailor. A lot of stores have increased this period, as who knows when my tailor is allowed to open again.

Quick question -- how much stretch would you expect on a pair of Dovers (London Grain with R2) or Galways (Utah/Dainite). Both came recently (thank you Kevin and Sebastian) and they fit well ... as long as they don't get too much bigger or wider overall. I'd be more concerned if these were loafers, where I'd need to size down to allow for stretch. With lace-ups, I would imagine there's some wiggle room on sizing. Thanks! John

As you say, who knows when your tailor may open again. Would it be feasible for Cavour to extend a return period for who knows when?
