Have a few questions.

What does a “repair” entail? If the leather is torn how can it possibly be repaired?

Is saddle cordovan darker or lighter than their natural? Is there another name horween uses for saddle?

Nothing adventurous compared to most, but got my MTO. Brown boxcalf Adelaides on the Simpson last. Took a gamble with sizing and it worked out ok. Could have gone down half a size for a more snug fit, but it's fine as is.

Anybody have any pictures of a Robert or Inca last jumper? Just curious, can't seem to turn any up.

@Carmina Is it possible to do a norwegian split toe on Detroit EEE last? If yes, do you have any pictures you can post?

Of course, you can have any norwegian derby in a Detroit last as a custom made order. We do not have any samples in Detroit at the moment since we are having renovations in the factory and a great number of samples are currently stored.

Do let us know the models you are interested in and we will confirm with our artisans.

@Carmina, on the same theme, would it be possible to have a pair of wingtips made on the Detroit last? I couldn't find the option on the website.

A lot of folks would be better served by being less adventurous. These dark, dark brown Adelaides are eminently sensible for a suit heavy wardrobe.

Colour 4 Horween Cordovan GMTO,

We have finally studied the stock we have received for Horween's colour 4 cordovan. We must apologise for the delay, but we are preparing something great for Carmina.

The shells we have received would be enough to make 10 pairs, however if some of you select shoes rather than boots we might be able to extend the leather to 14 pairs.

Given the small amount of colour 4 available, we only had the option of offering the GMTO in list order and could not make any exceptions.
I have placed my order today.
