They are all Rain D. Difference is the lack of storm welt on the chukkas.

The dark brown on the right is Repello suede with Dainite sole. Will want to see how it fairs with S.Fla rain.

First post here and very excited. I’ve been wearing AEs for the longest time but want to upgrade to some Carmina’s. I’m trying to build a basic shoe collection. I live in Mumbai so boots are not a thing. My work is smart casual but I also want things I can wear with suits and tux. So this is what I was thinking:

Any thoughts on the above as a collection?

I’ll also appreciate sizing help. I will be ordering this online to the US. I have AEs 8D, but they’ve felt just a bit tight. How should I go about trying to size myself?

What AE models do you have in and in what sizes? Also, where do the AE’s feel tight on you foot? Toes, width, on top, length, etc?

I think those are on Oscar, actually. I have a natural shell nst and a suede nst on soller and they are just a bit more pointy. The only u-tip on detroit that I am aware of is owned by @oskrusa. All 3 of these are very good lasts for U-tips and NSTs in my opinion.

Is there any disatvantage in Carmina Suede compared to their Repello? I suppose their "Suede" is Janus Calf (fullgrain) suede?
