@Remy Fool Looks like a pretty good OTR fit. Sizing up might throw the shoulders out of balance. If you're hooked on Inglese and want to build out your shirting I'd suggest booking time with Greg and going the MTM/MTO route. The up-charge is nominal, production time is short, and the tolerances are very close.

I tried standing desk once and I’m never doing it again

what? its the greatest thing since sliced bread! the first couple of days/weeks it took some getting used to but now i have to have one and can't go back. plus the better standing desks are powered so you can easily put it back down or change the height. you need to just power through and get your body used to it.
