I don't buy AEs on Ebay, because they almost always seem to be seconds.

Interesting deal. Man, I wish they had Macneils in burgundy calf. Still, a great deal on brown longwings for sure. After the holidays I'll probably grab a pair.

well, yeah. LE codes tend to expire within a few days, and this was posted weeks ago.

I was not impressed with the brown macneils. The color was much too dark (close to the website, actually, go figure) and the leather felt oddly soft, something I associate with cheap shoes. So back to LE they went.

I actually stopped by the Shoemart this weekend to try some of these on...after reading so much about Alden's, Indy boots, etc...and I found almost all of them to have huge toe boxes

So you call Shoemart and get on an e-mail list of styles and sizes? Can I do this on line?
