Why can't you just use the official PSA thread, and put CANADA in bold for relevant posts?

You don't see people in Seattle (or Europe, for that matter) complaining about how they have to sift through posts about Chicago sales. Having a sticky just for the 100 or so Canadian posters (a very liberal estimate) seems a waste of screen real estate. What's next? Estonia?

I don't see there being enough of a need for this to be honest, I do at least 95% of my shopping from American sources (like most Canadian posters here I would imagine).

I am from Canada and posted one of said threads and from my POV there is no need for one.

Only once in a blue moon are there deals in Canada that are as good or better than what we can get in/from the States.

If there really is a very very good deal at a store in Canada (recently Zegna mainline jackets for $120) I think we should be able to post a thread in men's clothing. As I said, this does happen very rarely.

A couple of important issues were raised here. This is my opinion on those points

1: Why not just put Canada in the standard psa announcements on the existing thread. Not everyone goes to that thread because it is mostly based in the US. It is still a hassle to order, go through customs etc. Not everyone wants to buy something mail order and knows there exact size in a given item.

2: Thread would be very short, yes and no. There are deals here, but most people do not discuss them. I am aware of lots of sample sales currently going on but without a proper outlet, am hesitant to make a new thread for each of them.

3. I think the main point here is what is the harm. Why would it be bad, Canadians are typically passive people but this is silly, why not support such a thread.
