I have no idea if there's a forum policy against these types of posts, but a post with a picture of a gunshot wound captioned with a little joke seems like it has to be pushing some boundary.

The original post doesn't have the spoiler tags.

I'm saying that you are judged on the history of your behavior. So if you've been a good contributor for a long time, yes, you are going to get more chances than if you just joined the forum and are already being disruptive. Once you are banned, you are expected to stay away. If you choose to start a new account, you are immediately technically in violation of our terms of use, and you are subject to a banning for that alone. Sometimes, we allow people to stay under their new usernames, out of the goodness our our hearts. However, if you have a prior history of disruptive behavior, you are going to be on virtual probation for as long as we feel is necessary. We use the spamminator if we feel that a member has contributed nothing of worth, and that his posts have been disruptive. The tool effectively eliminates all of your posts, effectively erasing your history on the forum. In your particular case, you have been an annoyance to many members. I'm allowing you to stay for the time being because I'm feeling nice. However, know that the problem is not the other members, it's you. I don't want to hear any more about this (which means that the only acceptable post from you in this thread should be something to the effect of "Thanks, I'll be nice.") Fok.

So, do all the banned trolls come out during summer? School out or something?
