Old garde GST Chrono in steel

I'm a total watch neewbie, and would love a vintage gold watch to join with a brown leather strap. Have very little money to spend - like $200 - is it even worth looking at ebay, etc, or will anything I find be useless?

This doesn't cover even the cost of the raw metal.

You can probably pick up a plated watch for that -but you'll probably put 2-300 into shortly.
