I've also been to North Korea (I'm British). Took a little while to get the Visa but I done it via a Chinese agency in Dandong and this way you actually get the full page Visa in the passport - rather than nothing at all if you arrange it via western tour companies (but you have to enter via rail from China). I've actually still got the details somewhere in case any of you over the pond want to visit when Airirang is on

Edit: My photos of North Korea in case anyone was interested!

Ma soeur m'a dit que les velos finissent dans les arbres et mon beau-frere qui travaille chez Decaux m'a dit que la maintenance est exhorbitante...

Decaux a du se faire graisser la patte avec des contrats Parisiens pour continuer cette experience.

It's expensive to keep the bikes running, aj_del. Just so you know.

And the company doing the maintenance must have been offered some other contracts to keep that loss-making project going...

Not worth derailing the Prince's thread...

It appears North Korea uses the same type of visa that the P.R.C. does. How was the hotel?

I miss entering Paris by car, the museums (Palais de Tokyo, and many others), the parks (the sailboats and potted palm trees in Luxembourg, the sand of the Tuileries), La Fontaine Stravinsky, the far too strong cigarettes I only smoke in Paris (France), the Pernod I only occasionally drink there, the professional (and sometimes arrogant...) waiters, the hosed-down sidewalks in the morning, the street football tournament for kids at Le Grand Arche, Tom Waits in Le Grand Rex, I even miss the metro... And the light, and the streets, and the buildings. And.

To try and get some Paris in my home, I bought this one for my daughter:

Sorry for derailing, but Paris...
