Not sure who that is but I think it may make sense if it carries technical diagrams or drawings.
That was my first thought, too, and about the only context it makes sense.

I think this is some item their shop is pushing. All of his associates seen carrying extremely oversized underarm folios.

Definitely have noticed the large folio/briefcase/bag trend. That being said, it looks very nice if less than practical.
And here I am trying to commission the world's most miniscule briefcase to carry my cybernetic computer extension and a stick of gum.
Funny how the more humanity develops the possibility of hands-free travel, the more drawn people are to carrying things like pack mules.
Just commission a pocket.
That would mess up the lines of the suit.
Actually the cybernetic doohickey comes with a full-sized keyboard, so not quite pocketable. Should I just get one of these?
