I actually think true flares work best with out there styles like Uncontrol's. It's when they're used with more every day looks that they tend to look bad.

It wasn't just the excess of material. The jeans looked really stiff, so there were huge defined creases in the excess material, almost creating the illusion of extra legs.

- actually, I tend to BD my BD when not wearing a tie.. - thanks all for your constructive feed back.. Here are my thoughts (cross reply post from MC with some edit): Bottom half - when I first put them on I thought NO, then YES.. - I was thinking Junya/Bottega - I also agree that the hem needs at least 1" (DANG LINEN, creeps up as you wear) - Also these are my old GA Black pants & have been pressed flat (no crease - though I will get the pressed with crease going forward) - cuffs, maybe not as these are summer casual trou - yes I need shoes with more gumption, but as I have a limited wardrobe whilst travelling.. - Maybe I should have worn my Tod's? Top half - Regarding the sleeve - they are buttoned, linen has it's own charm
